...At the start of the weekend you said something about wherever your starting point might be you will be considerably further down the path in terms of authenticity. And that's what I realize has happened to me as a result of your work. I have a markedly higher level of comfort living in my own skin, I feel lighter, and, much less approval-seeking. All of the advances I''ve made in these areas have been born of pain and painstakingly slow. Not so, this past weekend. It was fun, fast, and furious! And that's what I cannot begin to thank you for, but thank you, thank you, thank you.
